The Inkbird IBT-4XS is for the cook who wants data. Four simultaneous probes let you monitor meat internal temperature, ambient grill temperature, and two other items all at once. The Bluetooth app shows real-time graphs of temperature over time — genuinely useful for understanding how your smoker behaves during a long cook. Set high and low alarms for each probe and the app alerts you when targets are hit. The magnetic base sticks to your BBQ or smoker, and the rechargeable battery lasts about 40 hours. The probes are rated to 300°C, which covers any BBQ or smoking scenario.
